The second annual Hullabaloo community festival occupied streets and sidewalks in the Neighborhood Center at NorthWest Crossing on Friday afternoon and evening, June 26. Children's activities, music, food and refreshments, bike races and a sunny weather came together to attract a tremendous crowd of NorthWest Crossing residents and other Bend and Central Oregon families.
