An Oregon native who has lived in Portland, Maupin and Bend, Jay was a small business entrepreneur for many years. He was one of the founding
principals of Stash Tea Co. in Portland and was engaged in luxury auto sales before obtaining his real estate license in 1991. He is focused on financial management and business development and is The Garner Group’s troubleshooter. Among other tasks, Jay spearheads efforts to identify and secure land suitable for development and to establish relationships with builders and developers.
