Central Oregon’s climate, scenery and the abundance of things to see and do have placed it on the map for a variety of major events, ranging from national RV owners’ gatherings to the League of Oregon Cities convention. Meeting and event facilities occupy a crucial part of this equation. Several have been built or expanded recently. They include:

Most hotels, resorts and motor lodges in Bend, Redmond, Madras and Prineville provide meeting and banquet space in various sizes and configurations.  The Bend Metro Park & Recreation District maintains two meeting facilities in west and northeast Bend, 2,640-sq ft Aspen Hall and 2,432-sq ft Hollinshead Barn.
