Matt has been a licensed real estate professional since October 2004. A native of Portland, he has lived in Bend since 1991, except for a short hiatus in
Portland where he was lead tea blender at Tazo Tea Co. before obtaining his real estate license there. He also has sold shopping newspaper advertising to Central Oregon retail and auto accounts. In addition to serving real estate clients as a Broker, Matt is a proficient photographer who takes the lead in providing professional-quality photos of properties listed by The Garner Group. His Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation was earned through completion of three week-long courses and examinations in specialized real estate topics such as real estate finance, law, ethics, taxation and communication skills.
