Wendy was Principal Broker of Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate in Bend for 17 years before joining The Garner Group in November 2007. She came to Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate in 1985 and served as receptionist, listing coordinator, transaction coordinator and sales associate before her appointment as Principal Broker.
During her service with Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate, the agency grew from 24 to 42 agents and in 2005 ranked No. 1 in sales volume among Coldwell Banker affiliates internationally with 36 to 50 agents. Growth nudged the brokerage into a higher size bracket in 2006, when it ranked No. 6 among all Coldwell Banker franchises in that group.
Wendy has earned certification by the National Assn. of Realtors as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB).
Active in the Central Oregon Assn. of Realtors, Wendy was president in 2001 and was named Realtor of the Year in 2003. She has been a COAR director since 1994 and is a member of the association’s Professional Standards and Grievance Committee as well as a COAR educator. Wendy is a member and former chair of the Central Oregon Multiple Listing Service executive committee and a member of the Oregon Real Estate Forms Committee.
