The Garner Group moves HQ
BEND, Ore.--The Garner Group Realtors & Development LLC has relocated its main office to the Neighborhood Center at Northwest Crossing. The new office address is 2762 NW Crossing Dr., Suite 100, Bend, OR 97701. Telephone and fax numbers are unchanged at 541 383-4360 and 541 330-5596, respectively.
The Garner Group has maintained a branch office in NorthWest Crossing since June 2008, when the real estate company became exclusive listing agent for the planned neighborhood’s developer, West Bend Property Co.
“The availability of additional office space above our NorthWest Crossing branch underlined the logic of bringing all of our operations under one roof,” observed Sandy Garner, president and CEO of The Garner Group. “As we continue to serve the real estate market throughout Central Oregon, our team will operate more cohesively and travel time between the two offices will no longer be a consideration,” she said. The company has 19 agents and staff members, including 13 licensed brokers actively involved in sales.
The Garner Group’s main office was previously located at 388 SW Bluff Dr. in Bend.
