BEND, Ore.--The Garner Group Realtors & Development LLC has been engaged as the exclusive agent for real estate sales in Bend’s award-winning NorthWest Crossing neighborhood that are controlled by the community’s developer, West Bend Property Co. LLC.
The Garner Group will open a branch office June 16 at 2762 NW Crossing Drive in the Neighborhood Center at NorthWest Crossing. The office previously housed NorthWest Crossing Realty, a subsidiary of West Bend Property Co.
This represents a major shift in the marketing strategy for NorthWest Crossing real estate. “Sole representation of property within the neighborhood by NorthWest Crossing Realty was a model that was instrumental in creating one of the most desirable communities in Central Oregon over the past six years,” said David E.
