New sign identifies offices
of The Garner Group
BEND, Ore.--Friday, March 7 was a proud day at The Garner Group when a new sign was installed near the entrance to the company's offices at 388 SW Bluff Drive in Bend's Old Mill District. Carlson Sign Co. installer Mark Winslow spent most of the day erecting the identifier, which was fabricated off site. The structure meets Bend and Old Mill District sign requirements, and will be lighted externally when electrical circuits are in place.
The Garner Group Realtors & Development LLC became an independent real estate company on Jan. 1 of this year. "This will help people locate us," CEO Sandy Garner remarked. "The street address is on Bluff Drive but the parking lot and the building's main entrance are on SW Wilson Ave."
