Erica serves as the liaison between builder or individual seller, the agent or agents, and the buyer. She opens escrow, deals with lenders and
appraisers and handles all paperwork to ensure timely closings to the satisfaction of all parties. She assumed these responsibilities when she moved back to her native Central Oregon from Medford in 2003.
