Rob has held an Oregon real estate Broker’s license since 2001, first in Medford and more recently with The Garner Group.
A native of Oregon, Rob lived in Central Oregon from 1988 to 1996, when he moved to Medford. He returned to Bend in 2003 and affiliated with The Garner Group as a Broker. Rob works closely with builders and developers of new home neighborhoods as well as in the field of general real estate. He has graduated from the first of four intensive courses--Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate--leading to his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which will place him among experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, valuation and investment analysis. Rob’s background in management and sales includes 12 years in the HVAC business.A football and sports enthusiast, Rob is married to Erica Davis, The Garner Group’s transaction coordinator. They live in southeast Bend and have three daughters--Trista, Jordan and McKenna.
Rob has earned the National Assn. of Realtors GREEN designation. This certification by NAR's Green Resource Council came upon completion of a three-day classroom course focusing on fundamentals of green building practices, consumer awareness and marketing of homes built to green standards.
