Erica serves as the liaison between builder or individual seller, the agent or agents, and the buyer. She opens escrow, deals with lenders and appraisers and handles all paperwork to ensure timely closings to the satisfaction of all parties. She assumed these responsibilities when she moved back to her native Central Oregon from Medford in 2003.Erica occupies a pivotal position in the administration of The Garner Group's office and transaction functions and as such is called upon to discharge a variety of essential tasks not found in a formal job description.
Erica is married to Rob Davis, a broker with The Garner Group, and enjoys spending time at home and in her VW convertible with grandson Kaleb. Erica and Rob have three daughters--Trista, Jordan and McKenna.
