Sandy Garner is the company’s president and Chief Executive Officer. A native of Central Oregon, Sandy has been an award-winning Realtor® in the Bend Oregon region for more than 30 years. Sara LaFaver is Principal Broker, with 15 years in the related fields of real estate sales and management, title and escrow services, and real estate taxation and assessment.
Among The Garner Group’s 24 employees and associates are 20 licensed Brokers, 18 of whom are active in real estate sales. Support staff members are responsible for transaction and account management, office and financial management, and marketing.
The company has an active portfolio of residential real estate listings including new construction in NorthWest Crossing, Shevlin Pines and Forest Meadows. It has successfully marketed neighborhoods including Northcrest, Foxborough, SageWood, Larkspur, Northpointe, TriPeaks and Empire Crossing in Bend, and Wheeler Ranch in La Pine. The Garner Group is also the exclusive listing agent for properties owned by West Bend Property Co., the developer of NorthWest Crossing.
