The Garner Group’s listings are featured regularly on Ad Central 4’s Home Showcase, a 24-hour cable television advertising service. Each 20-second spot runs four times daily and reaches over 41,500 Central Oregon cable subscribers, including visitors in motels and hotels.

Collateral Material
Yard signs, the most basic real estate tool, generate the greatest number of “cold calls” from prospects. We prepare four-color flyers and recommend that these be placed inside the home as take-home reference for visitors when the home is shown. Flyers are also circulated among other real estate agents in the area. Increasingly, these take the form of "e-blasts" to Bend area Realtors®, a form of e-mail flyer. A loose-leaf “home book” with details about the home, property and community is placed inside the home as a reference source.
