Getting to know Mollie Tennant
Mollie grew up in Los Gatos, Calif., and Springfield, Ore. She graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in speech and communications. Involvement in theater arts at the U of O led her to a career in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles, aboard cruise liners and in a Las Vegas review.
From 2006 to 2012, Mollie was a real estate agent with a large national franchise affiliate in Las Vegas. She moved to Bend in 2012 with her husband Jim and two boys Ryan and Andy.
Mollie Tennant first joined Harcourts The Garner Group Real Estate as a broker upon earning her Oregon real estate license early in 2014. Later she put her real estate career aside to become Education Coordinator for the Tower Theatre Foundation. She reinstated her Broker’s license in 2016 and rejoined Harcourts The Garner Group.
Mollie is an avid skier, hiker and energetic civic booster for the attractions of Bend and Central Oregon. She is active in local musical theater as well, proudly producing and performing in The Swinging Tower Christmas with her husband Jim each year since 2017 at the historic Tower Theatre downtown Bend.
