We set a date to list, and she prepared everything necessary. The day came to take photos of our property and she and the photographer were fantastic to work with and talk through how we could make sure the house looked the best for showings. She handled all of the showings with ease, and by the end of the weekend of listing, she had provided the offers and insight into which offer would be best for us to accept, and we all agreed to move forward. As we progressed closer and closer to our close date, we had many more questions and concerns (as this was our first time selling) and Natalka remained professional and responsive. Every time I threw an email her way with a "What about this!?" I received a prompt response with information that eased our worries.
