If you’re wanting two experts in the Bend area, look no further than John and Shannon! They look out for your best interests over just getting a sale for themselves. They don’t over complicate the buying and selling process. They truly go to bat for you and do the hard work without stressing you out with it. They are also great about being as involved or as hands off as you want which we appreciated! Not to mention how tuned into they market they are. Overall they were a great team and we will use them for all of our future real estate endeavors.

Availability, response time, and follow-up made me feel like a priority. They didn't skip a beat through the whole process, even going out of their way to even help me start building a network at work since I didn't know anyone in the area and they knew my personal goals in moving depended on it. Did more than just dog in to my needs, add their expertise, and keep me in the loop with what to expect as well as the status once I was under contract. They always brought up ideas and suggestions that were what's best for ME, which isn't all that common in the numbers-driven world of real estate. When we were looking for a property to buy they were responsive to what we were interested in and ready to take us to homes that we had selected to view and discuss. Once the escrow was opened they sent us weekly updates on what to expect for that week and what we needed to provide. Since we were moving to Central Oregon from out of state they also provided us with contacts for the usual electric, internet, garbage, etc. businesses. A true pleasure to have them on our side during the process!

Hi, John Kromm is straight up and honest. We were first timers, and were recommended the Kromms through family members who had used them in the past. When we were ready to start looking, Shannon set up a few walk throughs very quickly(1 day notice!). We caved on the third house, and decided to make an offer. Shannon paired with her husband John to help my young family find a new home. Initially, they kindly offered their time to help us break into the rental market (which is extremely difficult in Bend). They answered our panicked calls after I received a few job offers and was nervously attempting to relocate our family. Soon it was obvious to my husband and I that we wanted to buy instead of rent. Shannon and John again answered our calls and truly pounded pavement to get us into the homes we wanted to see, in a very short amount of time.
